Im not sure exactly if this is an improvement or fault fix.

When you race multiplayer mode (offline not on the net)
If you spin and reset your car.
The tyres lose their temp and all tyres are cold again.
This does not appear to be the case online.

Don't reset so you won't have to worry about tyre temperatures!

Most servers have reset disabled now, so I wouldn't worry too much...
