My computer:
AMD 3700+
Geforce Nvidia 6800GT
1500GB
Zalman 2.400 rpm

You can also add more Antialiasing, Anisotropic Filtering and tweak the quality settings that are all in your graphic cards control panel.

I'm assuming you've maxed out the settings in LFS it's self.
