Hi,

I have a Logitech chillstream pad, and i think i may have set it up ingame wrong.

The problem is, when i apply the brake the revs shoot down to zero instantly. This makes its harder to slow down and harder to turn the corner.

Is this a problem with the controls set up or with my driving?

my pad has 2 triggers (like ps2 pads) but i can't seem to get the back analog triggers working in game, only the digital buttons.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you that helps, i've sort of got things setup correctly now.

However, something else has gone wrong. Now i can't get much drive out of the car. The rev's hit max straight away and they don't redline?!

Could be wrong but it sounds like the brakes are locking up the driven wheels and in turn slowing the engine down. Either reduce the braking force in your setup or move the brake balance away from the driven wheels.

nevermind i've sorted it... and just posted 1 second faster lap on AS Cadet on my 1st hotlap!
