because I want maybe start a league in this winter I want to test the format, and one layout which would be used whether it's raceable and is making fun everyone!

• Shift-P (in older versions Shift-S) and rejoining the race is forbidden! If someone uses it, he/she is not allowed to rejoin, but he/she is allowed to spectate!
  
• Flags have to be respected! Yellow Flag means danger! Everyone who causes an accident in an area, where Yellow Flags are shown, will get massive punishments! On Oval there will be Full Course Yellow. Every Yellow Flag forbids overtaking, too! If you were overtaken by someone in a Yellow Flag area, you have to report it after race in the complaints forum!

  Pit Stop procedure
  
  Before pit entry.
  If you're bumper to bumper with another car and want to pit, use the indicator or make your intentions known (stay in the middle of the road, not the driving line) to the car behind you.
  
  Pit entry
  You are allowed to cross the yellow line on the entry, but please no divebombing into pit lane when you're bumper to bumper with other cars.
  You are NOT allowed to overtake anyone in the pitlane (pitlane is everything between 2 yellow lines), unless the car in front of you is severly damaged and can't drive at normal speed, otherwise the pit area becomes too dangerous.
  
  Pit stop
  When you've made your pit stop, make sure that when you're leaving the pit box the road behind you is clear. Any contact in the pitlane will be punished with a 10 second penalty.
  
  Pit exit
  Remember that when you cross the speed limited part of the pit lane, you're still not allowed to overtake. You are also NOT allowed to cross the yellow line on the pit exit. Doing so will give you a 10 second penalty.
  People who exit the pits and rejoin into T1 have the corner rights, but they do have to remember to leave enough space at the corner exit if they rejoined side-to-side with another car.
  
  
  
  These rules have been created to make pitting fair for everyone, and to keep it a relatively safe procedure.

-> Race Format:

• 10 minutes qualifing
  
• Top12 Qualifing (Heat 1 – Places 12 to 9, Heat 2 – Places 8 to 5, Heat 3 – Places 4 to Pole) like listed up the best twelve drivers are racing in 3 groups of 4 racers. Each group will drive a 2 lap race with a forced pitstop. The finishing times decide where you start

• Lag Start (1 Lap)
  
• Race: The first 80km (50 miles) of the race are started by the Grand-Rrix Start. The forced Pit Stop have to be done between minutes 22 and 28. It will be announced by the andmin with the comments pits opened and pits closed. After this 80km the race will be neutralisised by a Safety Car. A screenshot will be taken and the race results of the first part will be saved. Overtaking is vorbidden. Racers who are one lap down are allowed to bring themselfes on the actual racing lap. Everyone is allowed to refuel the car, repair it or to change some things. After this the Safety Car leads the field two laps around the track throught the pits. After this Safety Car phase in the third lap, the winner of the first part will be asked whether he wants to start from the right or the left side. The order of the Finish stays. The drivers have to sort out in pairs for the flying start for part 2. Now a 80 km (50 miles) race follows. Both parts of the race are counted to the Championchips.

-> Special for the Oval Race:

• 10 minutes Training
  
• Single: Every driver has to stand in the boxes at. Noone will be allowed to change setup ect. The first racer who have to do his lap is the one with the most points. Everyone will do a single lap. The nextone is allowed to start when the guy before started the hot lap

• Lag Start
  
• Race: one warm up lap followed by a rolling start for a 100 miles (about 160 km) Race with one pitstop requiered.

for fastest lap you get 4 Pts** for getting the Pole 2 Pts (in normal races 1 Pt for the first after Quali and 1 Pt for the pole after Top 12 Qualifing)

Safety Car Phases: Safety Car phases can be called out if...

• ...there are more then 3 drivers requesting one.
  
• ...the race control saw a serious accident.
  
• ...a car stuck in the sand/grass at an dangerous place.

Rules during a Safety Car Phase:

• Crashed cars are allowed to enter pits, all others are not. Pitstop window will be moved. Chrashed cars who enter the pits, but didn’t stop during the window, he she have to pit during the left time, after the Green Flag appeared!
  
• If someone is in the pits when the safety car phase begins, he is allowed to pit. This pit stop is vaild!
  
• Overtaking is not allowed! Please don’t even try it.
  
• Until you reach the Safety Car, you have to reduce your speed to about 120kph (75mph). When you reached the Safety Car you have to go its speed! Do not make to big gaps to the guy in front of you.
  
• After the command “SC IN - this lap” The Safty Car turns off its lights. You’re not allowed to overtake it until it goes into the pits. After that the leader can go his pace. After finish line overtaking is allowed again.

->Punishments:

• minus 5 pts: using wrong skin and/or wrong name.

• Drive-Throught-Penalty: after jump starts and speeding in the pits (by LFS), after not-made Pit Stops during the Pit Stop Window, overtaking during Safety Car Phases (by the RC)
  
• 10-sec Stop-and-Go: after jump starts and speeding in the pits (by LFS)
  
• 30-sec Penalty: avoidable crashes, contacts in the pits (after the Races by the RC)
  
• 60-sec Penalty (+ point penalty (minus 5-10 pts)): massive avoidable crashes, crashes during Safety Car Phases! (after the Races by the RC)
  
• Disqualification: chrashing the Safety Car, unsporting attitude! (instandly by the RC)

I need to know if someone wants to take over the job of the Safety Car Driver and an other one the job of the race control (wich reacts on mid race incedents).



It can be done on two evenings too. (Sunday + Monday). I set up a vote so that you can choose!



There will be no prices but a lot of thaks and the honor to be the first LFS V8Star Champion!

The Race stands for the 24th of June, because 3 guys who have voted in the poll are not really saying who's for what! So the times listened above are confirmed!
Of course noone have to race both races! Everyone is allowed to race only one race. Even these guys will be listened in the point rankings!
