It takes 3 - 10 hours to make a skin...

Falcon has a point; when someone takes up a skin request it is with the notion the requestee intends to use the skin for an extended period of time. Those who do not skin do not understand the time it takes to create a skin. I frequently spend 6-7 hours on skins. To do that for someone and then have them turn around and request something else is infuriating. That is the main reason I no longer do requests, generally speaking.

er, I already started one for you, but as i said i wont have it done untill i come home from holidays. If you keep requesting it, i wont do it at all
