I kinda agree with you.. this thread is going a bit outa control. I think we should be talking about what typ of racing cars we would like.. not stuff like "minivans" or "Mazda -type whatever-'s " or anything like that (car brand and type specific). The game is a racing simulation and not a driving school as DriverD stated. For example, LMP cars? or touring cars? or maybe more Formula (openwheel) cars?.

Like I posted a few posts up, I would like to see an Fo8 with low nose, like in the early 90's F1's (maybe as an option on the "normal" Fo8?) and (after watching LeMans) a "Generic" LMP style car would be cool (with the option of open and closed cockpit). And for the oval junkies an openwheel car wich is more build for oval use (IRL styled car)..

and of cours some older cars like the VW Käfer or something
and Dragster cars...

Trucks and dragsters are good suggestions (if you mean trucks like these) I'm wondering how T1 carnage would look with 25+ trucks storming towards it

Trucks are a good idea (as well as motorcycle and kart) to increase the variety of vehicules. But i don't agree with dragster. These cars are only for dragging so very few people will use it. The presents cars can be used for racing offcourse but also for dragging. I see drag strips as a bonus of lfs but it's not the main feature i think. It's why there is a few server dedicated only for dragster.

yes youre right dragsters are maybe not the best idea...
BUT karts and motorcycles are shure not the best idea!!

...and someone sayd lfs is too fast... i think the BF1 and FO8 are really good and im glad that such fast cars are in the game but we need more slow cars like UFR and XFR... very close racing because easy to drive...

Though this thread is useless, i think an incorporation of the nsx would be cool. It's alot different from all the cars i think imo.

Just one licenced, real-life road car, that's what I need on LFS

when LFS can be modded, i think there are a lot of new type of game... i hope it became moddable, cuz is the only way to mantain a game forever playable…

Games like 1nsane and Total Annihilation are still going strong after all these years, so lets hope one day we can mod lfs

electric sports car addition. (yes those exist, electric cars can actually go pretty fast).

Having 1989-1992 f1 cars such as the Nigel Mansell's Williams FW14B and Ayrton Senna's 1990 McLaren.

Hmm, me thinks the new Raceabout should be in S3. :-p

drag racers, trucks and motorcycles actually think of it the player model turning into a ragdoll! and then behind a fxo or something hitting the player and severly dent the front!
