Today I had a false start penalty, when I was racing online, I was in 5th place out of 12 racers at BL1, my question is (how to get out of this penalty throw the race?) should I go to pit? Or what to do because I went to pits and nothing happened, still have the penalty straight ahead on my screen, (how many minutes for the false start should I be punished with).

for a drive through penalty you drive through the pits within the speedlimit once
for a stop and go penalty you drive into the pits stop 10 seconds in a pitsquare and drive on track again
for a 30 seconds penalty you do nothing just finish your race it will be added to your time after you finished
