Video Card Settings for best Quality
What is the best settings for LFS??

first of all turn "negative lod bias" to "allow" or whatever the other option is called
then set "texture filtering - quality" to quality instead of performance
and lastly try to turn of "transparency aa" as it causes issues with lfrs (probably the ones you see on the grass there) and wont have any noticeable effect on image quality

if youre still not satisfied youll have to buy a card with properly working aniso filtering
Ok, this helped with grass, but now lines on track looks wierd

i suppose thats from having better texture quality due to disabling the clamp ... if you enable it it should go away but the texture should look a whole lot more washed out

the real issue here however should be this kind of aniso filtering your card does:

unfortunately its a hardware issue and nothing can be done about it

Just a quick tip K.

It might be an idea to make a program specific profile for LFS.

It looks like you're making gobal changes in your screen shot there, which might mess up the graphics on other games/applications.

Go to the next tab along to set up a program specific profile. The changes you make will then only apply to LFS.
