Lap 14 of 15 and a restart vote was passed. Can restarts be disabled on a non-dedicated server? Thank you.

No you can't. The limit is 300 seconds for rstmin and rstend. LFS will not launch if you try to extend these times.

I found that out too about the 300 seconds maximum setting. The latest version of Race Manager (Oct 12) is suppose to have a VoteChecker but the link is down: http://heidiandyves.com/files/RaceManager-Oct12.zip
