no other car can go the distance like an XRT. I've had nearly identical front/rear tyre temps and wear from it, and It really hits the sweetspot around lap 20+.
With the others, you end up overheating the fronts if you're really going for it, and once they're gone, they're gone.
With the XRT it's a lot easier to manage the speed/wear balance.

It's funny, last week I didn't really like the car. But after doing a few laps in it (300+ ) I've fallen in love!

Personally I think an XRT will win it, but FXO will be stronger than the RB4.. because.. well basically I cant stand the RB4 now.. apart from its ability to get off the grid well. And I cant drive the XRT.

Should be an interesting mix on the grid (and a busy weekend of racing for some).

dude, you forgot to add that a seasoned RB4 driver can also eat an FXO driver. i hope your in this race, becuase i think i will have to show you how to drive the RB4 in anger .
had some good races last night (whilst making a set up too :S) with afro and a few others. there was one guy who thought he was the boom diggidey but once he shut up and started driving he soon changed his tune.

it should be fun (they always are) and may the best dadge win

LOL Erm.. ill be going FXO.. predictibly.. 1:25.xx ish, 24's are on the cards, but if I can keep in the 25's I should be good. I hear tyre tests are going well too. Just wish the back end wouldnt try and come around on one corner ever bloomin lap.

If the rear is loose on braking, move the brake balance forward (a higher %).

If it's loose on corners exits, have less rear anit-roll (lower number) Only move it down a little at first as it might give you a little turn in understeer.

Thats why i said "but with even skilled drivers you can't", an RB4 driver is faster, and in overtaking MUCH quicker as the turbo spools quicker, it SHOULD be like this, but imo the FXO should be a little quicker.

I no nothing about sets, so i tweak my driving, not my set, i can do a 24 and i'd like to be racing but i'll be in Germany during that week

i reckon ill stick with the RB4.. i have alot of improvements to do.. Stuck in mid 25's at the moment.... But im not in it to win it... im in it to kick everybody who is in front of my 30 metres before the finish line on lap 60 .

ok sign me up then you little manpigbear. i have been working on a setup that is better on the tyres. so far so good. i can get low 25's to high 24's all day long on it and the tyres go on and on and on. my next issue will be the gears and the rations. i'll have a better setup for tight if anyone is up for some practice.

Im out of this. Didnt have time to drive during this week at all and I think I shouldnt drive anything else than FOX now because Im currently driving in the first league (except Mini Leagues) where Im a serious contestant for the top 5 and maybe even top 3 in the championship.
