I get these messages after accidentaly hitting some buttons, and i wonder what it is and how do i get rid of them?

MP time speed adjust 0.0

those are the messages..

Hit "Shift" + "F8"

ah great thanks i got rid of them now

Shift + F8 is a network debug mode in LFS.... just incase you where wondering what the heck it was
