here you go just start in fifth gear

A more logical idea would be that he removed all the engine sounds, and edited the engine to have high wind noise and no engine noise.

I tweaked it, or else it wouldnt accelerate that fast in such a high gear.

The only enginesound left is the turbowhine, which is turned fully up.

hey dude, can you send me your setup to, becuz when i try to accelerate in 5th that goes reaaaaaly slow, i'm demo user, so i can't wteak (sad enough)

It was tweaked, as it said earlier in the post. Or else it wouldnt accelerate that fast in such a high gear.
