Antialias setting
I've noticed after intalling and setting up LFS that there's no way to activate or setup antialias options in the graphics page.

I've activated antialias from my nVidia control panel and LFS looks much much better.

I think it would be easy to add an options to activate and choose antialias setting inside LFS.

This has been suggested before and the outcome is that it wasn't so easy to do, plus the market LFS is aimed at (more geeks than PC newbs) tend to be able to do this stuff themselves
I though it would be technically easy to add this option.

Anyway it's very annoying to have to change the settings from the video card drivers pannel everytime I need to start LFS and then set again after it.
I agree. I'd like to see AA settings in-game too.
I usually run full AA, but I can understand people wanting to be able to change it on-the-fly if they notice a serious frame rate issue.

+1

But since it's a graphic option it's not really a shock that it's not been added yet.

Surely you can just create a profile for individual games with all drivers these days....you could with my old ATI and you can with my new nVidia.

Create a profile and its job done.
theres alot of different AA settings.

Most games at this moment in time use multisample AA, but alot of future games will use Custom Filter AA which alows up to 24x antialising (HD2900XT card) without as much slow down as lets say 8x Multisample AA plus it looks better.

It would be a bad idea to try add changable AA settings in game in my opinion, plus this would be a bad time allso to add it as there is alot of debate between AA modes at the moment for future games and current games, and seen astho lfs is allways being updated it could easy support both, older games which only use one mode of AA then in the future new ones arent compatable.

I'm not sure mine works properly (nVidia control panel v1.4.6.12, driver v.6.14.11.5822). My older driver worked fine, but I get horrible moire effect on kerbs and stuff with this new one, it looks nasty.
