OK, we have decided to put the inactive members on an "Inactive" list. We have a new tag SSR|USERNAME And are gonna have a more strict tryout "regime"

A little tip..

You are a new time and (no offence) you are not as well know as some of the bigger people in LFS.

You might want to be easy on the tryout "regime".

People will not flood to join you team, so you should get some members under your belt then be a little more fussy.

At first, just get good friends, peoples that you know they won't leave for team each time they are angry. Build your team slowly, and pick your members wisely, don't recruit like we can see so often here; "Major recruting! Any noob welcomed!". Look on racing servers, when you see a good racer (Without a tag thought...), invite him, and he might accept. don't try to be too strict at first, and rules are for kids IMO...

ok lads, thanks for the tips, fyi, we have 6 members at the moment, most of them are good clean racers but are just not active enough. We wont be too strict on the tryouts but we dont want noobs either...

Lower your minimum milage to 5k if you are serious about getting any members.

There should be no "territory" for joining a team, it should be based on friendship...
