Um no. Actually he's been named and I think caught. It's on one of the television news bytes in the top right of the page. You only get a still image but you can see the guy clearly. It was a bit of a wet effort at camoflauge tbh. The 11 yr old girl charged with drink driving after a police chase of over 100mph is also an 'alarming' story.
