Ive seen a couple of videos of drifting

I was wondering if the cones and drifting angles are an add on and were i could get hold of it?

i know what drifting is, in the videos ive seen cones while going around the corners just wondering if it was an add on

Shift U lets you place objects (cones, poles, marshals, etc.) on the track.
