i think it is easy to implement and can help (at least me)

when someone is reseting his car (arcade reset is allowed) there should be a message on the top left displaying something like:
DRIVER_XY did reset his car

like it is with entering and exiting pitroad.

-1 on the grounds that it's just another stealth attempt to get a usable reset back into LFS which Scawen thankfully removed
