This has to be in the manual or forum somewhere but I haven't found it after a lot of looking and searching. If it's been a repeat question I do appoligize.

What is the meaning of all the various flags in the connection list when you are running a dedicated server?

Kick and ban are self explanitory and found in the manual, but what about the T, M, W, and I think I've seen some Ks or something similar.

"T" allows you to take over someone's car if they're stationary in the pits. If you drive into the pits and click the "T" next to your name, and a spectator clicks that same "T" in their connections list, you swap to spectate and they take over your car.

This is how driver changes are done in endurance races such as the Masters of Endurance 24hr race.

The M, W, Ks and Kn are controller types - Mouse, Wheel (but it could be a joypad - they show up as wheels too), Keyboard "stabilised" and Keyboard "non-stabilised".
