On LFS I've been having major lag issues.
This is definately not MY internet seeing as how I have Cable at 4mb download and .6MB upload (Just tested it)
I was wondering if its the fact that I'm in the U.S. and most players are in Europe or some program on my computer is dragging it down or something else.

Lag is not about bandwidth, it is about how long does it take for a single packet to travel the distance (and it could be different for upstream and downstream).

The easiest way to test it is to use the "ping" or "tracert" (traceroute) to get an idea where the packets spends the most time.

Close any firewalls or programs that can be downloading or uploading information while you're trying to race
