Probably not, but that's kinda how we got the RAC isn't it? and the MRT, and to an extent the BF1. All offered by parties involved with thier design and construction

Well, okay, we first have to define what "make a car by myself" means. If it's making a 3D car model then the answer is a definite "no", if you mean manufacturing a real physical car then the chances are much higher in comparison, however that requires years of work and I think he really meant the former.
