Sure, they can play. Not my style though. I prefer to watch someone romance their guitar rather than beat the living s#$t out of it. Bends, slides, and sustained notes, that's what I like.

David Gilmore is my all time absolute hero! In the amount of time it takes those guys up there to play 235541 notes, Gilmore is still grinding out the first note, hehehe.

I like dragonforce, and have all their albums.
Don`t like all of their music tho, but songs like that link and soliders of the wasteland is great songs. And btw, Through The Fire and flame, orginal song is almost 8 minutes and better than that youtube version, just wanted to say that

I like to belive I have a divided musical taste, I often like to hear on very fast guitar playing, but sometimes it`s just unbeliveable wonderfull to listen on a great slow solo with a lot of bending, sliding and wonderfull tones

I really, really like badly-performed guitar solos that don't even sound finished, like Paul Weller's solo on "Start!", the solo from The Kinks' "You Really Got Me",the one on Dead Milkmen's "Punk Rock Girl", etc.

I've been learning Still Loving You from the Scorpions. It's not that hard, but the intro is a little tricky at first.

dragon force are ok... they use all the scales gary moore use's but with more distortion , makes it eazier for me to learn

I saw that video. Those guys definately got talent, but I think their calendar must be stuck or something.
