He does'nt have any plans on modifying it, he bought it with a blownup engine, and then he re-built it. The only thing he is planning on doing is sticking a STI spoiler on, and getting rid of a couple of deep scratches and that wil be all. He also wants to get rid of a dent on the wing. He was reversing out of work and ran over a broom. The broom swung up and whacked the wing

I like the idea of the Pro Drive Impreza...I being a fan of the G10 body. I have a 2007 WRX that will be stuffed with Cosworth parts sometime in the near future.

So, yay for the Subaru.

Meh for the Ford. Take off all that Halfords fantasy stuff that just adds unneeded weight, paint it flat black, and it would be a pretty bad ass sleeper.

The American market is rubbish for cars, your fuel is shite so preforms badly when matched next to what we get. But also cars don't get tuned to the teeth from the factory as much (from what I have seen) with American cars. The trend seems to be make the engine bigger, stick on a super, and a new sticker on the back. For anything other than Pandas all the British police hire ProDrive to tune the cars to the hilt for many reasons, one so they are fast as fook, two, because chicane and speed bumps are so popular they are setup so they can take speed bumps and weave the chicane at 70MPH without crashing and killing everyone.

see thats the thing jayhawk. My brother wanted to go for thise look. And believe it or not, the front and rear bumper are actually lighter than the originals. The only thing that are quite heavy is the spoiler and the bonnet, yet this car still handle's brilliantly, and is VERY fast. Tbh, if my brother did strip the car out and paint it flat black, everywhere he drives, people would say it looks like a bag of shit, yet when we drive around in it now, people say it sounds great and looks really nice. You americans have rather different opinions to us brits. You think the bigger the engine the better, you think a car is'nt a car if it does'nt have a V8 or bigger, you think muscle cars are the best. Yet alot of us brits thinks V8's suck, muscle cars suck. So therefor, no, if we painted the mondeo flat black and stripped it out, it would'nt be a pretty cool sleeper, it would be a bag of shit that people would mock when we cruise about.

Plus you can turn a corner with it, something V8s can't really do. Unless a European made it.

All the cops I talk to here hate the beamer, it handles like shit on anything but the M-Ways, but then the Subbie's or Volvo's are the choice of bobby if that is the case anyway. All they really use the beamer for is high profile escorts (like when the queen came to town).
