Guys can someone tell me where PID or S/N is on the G25 because i am emailing logitech because the reverse on the shifter is broken but i need to PID or S/N to submit the email and i cant find it i have found the P/N and the M/N but not the PID or S/N so your help will be grateful.

I'm just wondering how u know it is not working?

I looked for it on my g25
PID - underneath steering wheel last line down

I know its not working because when you put the shifter into reverse button 14 doesnt select its just button 13 what is selected what is 6th so when i put it into reverse it goes into 6th instead and i know it is all setup right because i have had it since february and the shifter was working fine until about 5days ago
