Actually, not every team consider speed to be an important element.

Its example, just want to say that he cant find team for some reasons so he start with own team - its very bad idea in my opinion.

You don't need to be in a team, you have no idea what a team does, you don't know what to do or expect from a team so why create your own?

A team needs a good plan, a dedicated leader, a website (forum at least) and some skins. Plus more than a, reply to this thread to join, application process.

p.s i had a team for a couple of months (demo) and we were almost the best..then we split
