Hello CTRA admins,

I already tried to contact Becky Rose through LFS Desktop, but no response, so I will try here:

1). Bug?
I have 7073 points (Gold) and should be on rank 184 in main ranking, but I do not appear? Also not in other ranking tables SS and B&J. Also after scoring new points, nothing happens, I simply do not exist in the tables.?
Why? Refresh problem?

2). Idea?
What if you combine the rankings of the three sections with some kind of weighfactor and create a 'Global CTRA Rank'. This will then show the best overall best drivers.

Admins, can you share your vision on this? Thanks!

CTRA RULES

The ranking tables are an opt-in listing and only apply for those who chose to use their real names on CTRA servers. You can fill these in on the $ctra page. These fields are optional and we ask that you dont mock the spirit of the competition (*cough* Mr Billing, latterly of Yemen).

You can also set the CTRA to show the results page in real names from the CTRA menu - which reminds me of an actual bug, I must make the auto-show results=no option work.

We are planning to do an overall standings system, it's a bit more involved than your suggestion and is planned for phase 2.

Just did...it worked.
However, I did fill in these fields ingame when joining the new servers, that worked for a few days, my name appeared in the ranking. But now when I also filled in my name in the MyCTRA section it works. Maybe there is a bit of an issue of saving the name ingame -> MyCTRA (in early stage).

Nevertheless, it's working

We have cleared details from a number of drivers when we've seen things like 'Kermit the Frog' as racer names. Could this be the cause? It might also have been when the system was new if it found an SQL error it would shut down the back end database to protect it - now if that happens it closes the whole application and relaunches itself afresh.
