anyone have a replay viewer that actually works? ive downloaded one from the main site and it doesnt seem to work at all

What do you mean? There isn't a "dedicated" replay viewer due to the nature of LFS's replay system.

You downloaded a Replay Analyser, but to get it working you have to do this.

Personally i like Analyse For Speed more than F1 Perf View
