If you are worried about cable clutches... don't buy a Mk3 fiesta zetec, about the worst design in the world where the cable will snap regularly. Never fun to be stranded somewhere without any means to move.

I know, i hate it all, but, its the 40 minutes im in that car that counts, i could really use that extra aid to help me out.

first driving lesson went fairly well. he let me drive home and overtake a tractor anyway.

I Passed, and! been pulled 3 times since tuesday!, once for doing 35 in a 30 (How they determined 35 from 30, i dont know) once for my Foglights, aswell as being on with no fog, there yellow, apprently illegal, and once for my dam carbs playing up, causing my throttle to stick pulling off from the traffic lights, so, sorted of, speeding again.

Sounds like they are trying to get you for something =)

Fog lights are not supposed to be on unless it's foggy, " they can blind other motorists" is the official reasoning. Not sure about the yellow light, but I know headlights cannot be yellow so it's possible.

How old are you giz and what car do you drive?

I almost felt a little sympathy, but this means you deserve everything you get. Fog lights when it's not foggy don't look "cool". They make you look like a berk and are pretty annoying to other drivers.
