is it a kit-car or something (halfway) legitimate? I feel as if I have seen it before; however, the name escapes me...

I've been looking around the www because the official site is useless, and it seems the company do make a kit car but I don't think this car is a kit car though.

Ok, I'll show the whole car, see if you recognize it...

Looking at it now, it could be a kit car but I can't find anything to say that it is. Only info on the other car, which is a kit car.
