No, those are not in any way video files.

If you want something to record them with, Fraps is the number one noted recorder here. There is a free one, but I don't recall its name.

Mpr is just loads of codes and stuff...controlling, and telling the A1 what to do, colour, setup, etc.

Mpr and Spr are not video formats. Conversion is not possible
