Well i have got 3dmax and installed it and everything and when i load it it gives me an error message.How do i fix this error message?

i reinstalled 3d max about 5 times.

Hmm that's a tough one.

Maybe some conflict with plugins? Try moving the content of the plugins folder somewhere else?

What is your 3DS Max Version?

Have you installed and Plugins(DLU/DLI etc) lately?

What version of the CMX Importer pluging did you downlaod?

What response did you get from Discreet support on their official forums?

Surely that would be the first place you went to ask
