Where are the hybrid tires in the setup menu?

They are in the setup screen... At least they should be....

May I ask what car you are trying to drive on Rallycross ?

I have tried most of them thinking I was using the wrong car

I downloaded a setup that has hybrid tyres but all my setups I tried only shows slicks no matter what manufacturer.

Cars with slicks do NOT have rallycross tyres. They have R1, R2, R3 and R4 slicks (from soft to hard).
Only cars with road tyres can choose rallyX tyres - they have Road Super, Road Normal, Hybrid and Knobbly tyres.

The tyre manufacturer is only of graphical nature, it doesn't have any impact on tyre grip (yet).

What car are u using? And also, manufacturer doesn't make any difference in tyres, apart from the looks ofcourse.
