I know that there are limits to the numbers of cars that can race on each track and not all of them are 32.

I saw a thread before about this but have seached and searched and cannot find it anywhere.

How do I find out what the maximum number of cars for each track are?

Check the track page in the LFS Manual. I've added the car limits as verified inside the sim.
