Is there any way to spectate someone if they get a penalty over 30 seconds with a message?

hmm, not what I meant...

When you hit a cone you get a 2 sec penalty, I was wondering if you hit 15 cones (30 second penalty) you get spectated

this could be done most probley with packets ill have a look later and maybe hunt you down on lfs lol
