Places like BusterSprint, The Maze, Figuratively, Oval, and the Parkway tracks should be OK, though. Yup you got to be carefull when it comes to be a stargrade. Even with just a few people on server you can even loose points. This happend to me a night ago. With only 4 or 5 to race you loose points when your not in top 3,

I thought the only way you could lose points is by joining after the race has started, ie, if the race starts with three people and finishes with five, you lose points for being 4th out of 3 starters? Or do we get penalised for being too slow now

Must say I haven't noticed it if we do, I managed to come 7th out of 8 and still gain normal points - which makes it look like the points awarded to Red Roof drivers are the same.

You pay entry fee every time you Join from Pit Or Spectate, So if I get Wrecked, Kicked (usually the 90 minute Rule when i cannot get to the next split marker), need to change set or fuel, joining initially all these plus there may be a few others result in the payment of Entry Fee.

With it now costing 25 pts the Odds are very much against me and certain Conmbos are a no go area mainly Pit of Despair, The LX4 Track with the one Ramp, Tudor Rose and Even Champaigne have become Licence Killers.

I am now getting with Full Server 22 pts for a win Possible 25 with fastest lap, but the main problem is going to be when less than 10 cars start as I am then only gaining around 16 pts for the win and alot less if I do not win.

Knowing Becky and her sense of humour I recon the Gold licence is probably set to around the 20,000 pt mark.

I can hear her Evil Cackling laugh from here just can't pin it down, could be coming from the east or west

I was wondering more about what you say about the points you earn - a full-server win should be worth about 50 points, so are you not earning as many points now that you're Silver licenced? I mean, are the people finishing behind you (with lower licences Except White, obviously ) earning more points than you are?

Much as I hate to tell you this, but the evidence so far points to the Gold licence being 50,000 points. So you'd better get used to the Silver Roof

Hmm, that's weird - because I'm getting Yellow Roof drivers who finish behind me having two or three points less, and those in front of me having two or three points more, as if the licences have no effect. Maybe it only kicks in when you get to Silver?

I think, if the points do slow up at Silver, Gold might as well be Unobtanium

EDIT - It seems Parkway RallyX in the LX-4 is still running 9 laps on its first race only - I noticed this a while ago. What gives, Becky?

Could the penalty be removed when they are not enough racers to score points? It's a bit off putting to have to lose points knowing you can't gain any.

IIRC if there are less than 4 people starting the race there are no points handed out?

Can't say I've ever noticed it - in fact, I distinctly remember scoring one point for winning a one-horse-race. Might have changed, though... Becky?

If there are a low number of racers you DO get more points (1 point iirc) simply to keep you there hopefully attracting other racers.

Yes this true, i was only doing this last night, the BnJ server was empty, I joined it anyway to see what layout was running, ran one race, and got one point. By the time I had finished though (4 laps on the Pit) there were 6 racers ready to go. With an average of 4 starters, i was getting 13 pts for the win.

i agree with you word for word. i hav also voiced my opinions on the server itself and many people do want a bump + jump server 2. i also had the idea of a different servers per roof grade....?

i also find the abuse of nurfing rather frustrating too
