where do you press shift + u because when i do it it shows me some car viewer thing. do i press it on the track menu and does it have to be online????

while youre on track (the right track for the layout that is)
then youll get the car viewer thingy which will have a few option on the bottom left (if it doesnt press space) one of them being "autocross editor" or something to that effect
set that to yes and youll get a load/save/whatever menu on the bottom right to load the layout
