Sorry Im sure this has been posted but the search brought up nothing of significance.

Im looking for high resolution versions of the plain white default skins.

There are 1024 versions of CAR_DEFAULT.jpg included with the LFS CMX viewer

Is there a place to find higher resolutions?

At this point, only 1024 versions are available afaik. I'd love for someone to do some larger ones, though. As I understand it, 3DS is capable of rendering onto image maps, so it could be a matter of setting the car up all nicely with some good lighting and rendering to a map.

I know nothing of the subject though.. I just make pretty paints in photoshop

the master skinners kits come with a 2048 default skin iirc.

Those are stretched 1024's
