The carbon texture is much much too big. Use a finer texture to get better results. It looks like there is som mis-alignment in the front of the headlight area; the front and the top views don't line up quite right it looks. The colour is also mis-aligned where it wraps onto the back of the car.
The black panther (I think it's a panther? I don't know animals very well :P) should be moved up just a little so that it is not overlapping the 'steps' along the bottom of the side of the car.
The caution striping you have on the real fenders should either wrap down the side of the door instead of being cut off, or be limited just to the top of rear fender. The FZR text on the side should not go over the vent onto the wider rear bodywork; it cuts up the logo the way it is now.
These are all easy things to fix, if you still have a layered PSD file, and shouldn't take too long to remedy. It is a nice start, keep working on it.
