Hello,

I am trying to set up a dedicated server for testing.
1. I have all of the most current versions of LFS.
2. Running S2
3. Ports are set up correctly - router opens correct port on the server
4. Works fine on Local Network
5. Pings Fine on Internet
6. Looks like it connects on the Internet but I get the time-out NO GUEST DATA problem
7. What should I look for now?
All agents that could block it are disabled. It is on an XP system.

You get it, or everyone gets it? On the same network using the in-game list is irrelevant and pointless and you should be connecting directly over the LAN anyway. You may find that people are actually able to connect and it's a port forwarding issue with your router (and the addresses it listens on, etc. read: it's acting by design)
