driver A was not side by side when they enter the corner, so it's his fault.
btw. it's pretty stupid that he even tryed to overtake him there, there is long straight after that and he could just draft him easy...
Quote from squidhead :Id say both are to blame...
I mean - you don't just slam the door shut in South City...there are walls everywhere...

You can't drive around the circuit leaving a car's width to every apex just in case someone decides to try a pass, or you will get passed by everybody.
Oh damn... That's what I do

Anyway, A is at fault, IIRC, there was a bit of a bitching session on the forums afterwards

well it looks like he did leave about a cars width bewteen him and the apex
if lfs' collision physics werent dead set on making the life of drivers on the outside so much more miserable than they already are i doubt anything noteworthy would have happened (just fot the sake of principles they would probably bombard each other with insurance claims for scratches in their precious paintjobs)
I voted "A". He didn't have sufficient overlap to pass "B" cleanly regardless of the corner. His nose was not even halfway up "B"'s car.

Also, he tried a very stupid line when driving so close to another car, he was just flat out at that corner, he didnt even lift off the throttle, and his over-correction of the slide he was in due to taking the corner like that was rediculous. He probably would have got through that corner quickly and cleanly had he been on his own, but when your with another car, that sort of corning taking is just plain selfish.
A is at fault, the move was never there, he never even tried to brake, so A is at fault.

HOWEVER..........B did leave the door WIDE open, he should have been defending the apex a little more with the other driver close.
By any chance was driver 'A' Matt Neal?
This looks to be the highest margin in the history of The Blame Game, and we're only 3 days in!
A just bashed straight into B with no regard, I'll say Driver A is to blame.
Quote from LFSn00b :B went maybe too far to the outside to the curve, and obviously didn't look at his left and drove into A.

I cant see how B drove into A. B was taking the corner, he may have been a little offline but that really is irrelevant, and A thought he would squeeze through a gap that didnt really exist. A did not have the overlap required to make a pass, so B was quite within their rights to continue on that line.
Driver A had no overlap, I should know, as i have made that very accident before in the RB4.

Sssssh Niko knows how to drive at South City, pffft!
"A" That line would have been fine if he'd been doing thru there alone. "B" left sufficient room for a car to get through, provided that "A" were to not get too greedy like he did. There wasn't a PASS there but there was deffinitely the setup for a pass on the next corner or the highway section after.

I chalk it up to a lack of good sense and race craft from "A"
A for sure, he pretty much forced his way thru the corner
A

the other car had absolutely no position for an action. very stupid attempt.
