Mine looks like it was shot from farther away... Holy crap, this is the third time i have changed my avatar today

I think the program lets you zoom in, so you can crop most of the body out (I just did a printscreen and imported into photoshop to crop). I also find a nice 1 pixel black outline helps frame the image after you've scaled it down to 114 X 114.
