I was browsing ebay earlier & upon reading someones description of a mouse I burst out laughing :ices_rofl. This gave me an idea:

Here's the deal:

Post a funny quote that you found in an ebay description (no cheating pls)
Post the URL if it's hard to believe.
Keep posting them & when we have accumulated enough good ones I will put up a vote to find the "Funniest Ebay Quote".

I've seen plenty of funny ones, but I can't remember any off the top of my head.

I've seen many a silly thing being sold on ebay. These items all sold.

1: Orange with vagina (basically was a big Orange with a slit cut in it)

2: 2005 shiny penny (sold for about #1.20 to someone in America)

3: Lolly stick with teeth chew marks, does not include lolly as it was very tasty (went for 0.12p )


I once sold a "Hand crafted 3.5mm Jack Plug Keyring" for about 50p. Basically I was soldering a jack plug and knackered it up by squashing the plug accidentally which made the terminals connect together. I thought about it and decided to use one of those keyring hoops and bodge that on. Then sold it as the "finest hand crafted keyring".
