Could you post a report to the admins? That way they can see YOUR connection from another POV - it could be you were lagging long enough for the X-System to think you were stationary.
Try downloading the server's copy of the same replay and see how bad your lag was, as that will show you how other players were seeing you, and if there is anything worth moaning about afterwards then feel free to call it buggy rubbish.
