Waiting for my G25......Ahhhhhhh severe GAS.
Hi all, I got addicted to LFS two months ago, I bought a G25 on Ebay for 290aus and Im going crazy waiting for the magic delivery to arrive!!!

Well on the topic, I bought my G25 for a decent $240 USD and free shipping... Can't wait either got like a week left... It will be so much fun.

damn i get crazy when i see a video of it...
mines worth 900 Reais (like almost U$ 400,00 yeah i know its xpensive but hell... thats the best i could find)

I'm having some trouble getting the shifter + wheel to stay on the damn desk however!

its an old desk and slippery wood. i tried putting some non slip material under each clamp but it didnt work.

unfortunetely i cant drill into the desk to make it really solid as its too old and not mine lol.
Maybe some of those sticky rubber feet (like the kind you get for preventing scratches for AV desks) that you can get would work if you stuck those on the desk where the wheel will clamp?

Once you come to stop using the desk they will peel off and a little polish should remove any traces of the glue.

hey, great suggestion. will try that. i just set it all up again and used some non slip matting on all the clamp feet and on the desk, its much better bit the wheel still needs to be more secure.
