I bought a S2 voucher to my friend (he doesn't have international credit card). So I went to the page and the price listed for me to buy a voucher is: £ 24 - £ 3 = £ 21

OK, the price was 21 when I went to next step, but I decided to pay extra £3 for the skin downloads, so my friend could download hi res skins.

But the extra £3 dind't go to his account

Yes, because a voucher is 24£. The "extra" 3£ just went to your account.

To put money on his account, you must log in using his account, not yours.

And NO, the extra 3 (assuming that the voucher costs 21) didn't came to my account.

it showed 21 because you already had £3 (which you must have purchased previously) in your account. so it gets deducted from the price. the other + £3 will now show as £3 in your account. (which you may assume is not extra as you had originally started with £3)

It costs 24 pounds. Maybe you had some left on your balance.
