Looks good to me, but day and time will be the big decider............
Looks good, and if I can drive it I would be very interested.

Just wondering on the Race 3's - is that the top 7 or 8 from Race 2 or some system of picking them out from the combined results of both race 1 and 2 (if that makes sense)?
nice carlender... just was surprised about having 3 of 6 races on SO

what about an Oval event ??? (joke)

@ Danowat.

The first series of the UF Owners Cup took place on thursday evening's 8pm UK time, 9pm for most of Europe. It was a very well attended event with over 40 racers driving in the 2 divisions.
The old format was 15 minutes Qualy, an approx 15 minute 'sprint' and a 30 minute 'Feature' race. so the event took a little over an hour per week.

With the new/proposed format it is looking like most race events will take and hour, to an hour and 15 mins approximately.

In terms of when the series is looking to start, it is planned that it will start the second week of November (after half term week) and run for the 7 weeks upto the week before christmas.

However everything is provisional at the moment.

@Earl

The grid from Race 1 is made from qualifying
The grid from Race 2 is made from finishing order of the Race 1
The grid for race 3 will be top 7/8 drivers reversed from race 2 finishing order, then 9th- end in finishing race order.
This is a similar structure to what is used in WTCC i think.

@ Falke

We did try the KY2, KY2R and KY1 formats but none were really suitable.......its mostly 100% throttle on KY2/R and of course on the oval its 100% all the way.

The same goes for WE1, WE1R and FE3/FE3R

How about dropping an SO race and putting AS Cadet in there, then there's 2 events at each track. Would make much more sense than to have a more SO biased league.

Sounds cool to me, aslong as it doesn't class with the RSWC, I am in

what about this one? Instead of an South City race (watch my attatchments)

length: 1417m
longest straight: 400m
width: 18m-33m
corners (l/r): 14 (4/10)
sectors: 3
overtaking opportunities: 3 (Turn 1, Turn 4, Turn 13)
actual track record (split1 ; split2): yfb.Zz0 - 0:58.69 (0:13.38 ; 0:39.90) -> Avg speed: 86,918 km/h

well okey, it just can go with 16 players, but maybe you there could be a system...

e.g.
only 2 heats à two divisions

qualifing heat 1 (last 16 of the championchip) 5 laps (only the fastest laptime counts)
qualifing heat 2 (top 16 of the championchip) 5 laps (only the fastest laptime counts)
heat one "slowest 16" (D2) 20 laps
heat one "fastest 16" (D1) 20 laps
break (change last 6 D1 with top 6 D2)
heat two D2 20 laps
heat two D1 20 laps

Very nice! UF1.3 FTW!
Maybe its not the place to ask but what day of the week and what time of the day races are going to take place?

Course its the place to ask

It will more than likely follow on from Season 1 and races will be held on Thursday evenings somewhere around 20.00 GMT time period. Starting in November (so there is 2 months to get all admin sorted)
