Puncture and high gears...and pedal to the metal

I didnt have a puncture ^^

with the analog guage you can count how many times it goes around and i believe that the bigger the tire the faster the speed registered. I tweak a car with a ton of hp and huge wheels then dropped 5th and final ratios to .500. IIRC the guage was 720mph/rotation and i did about 14.5 rotations. 720mph x 14.5=10440mph wheel speed

My car wasn't tweaked though and it does go around many times

I can go 700 km/h in reverse and 999 in second gear with high downforce setup (4 gears left, so i think topspeed is around 3996 km/h). I could have pushed it some more in reverse but the green smoke scared me.
