I wont be a designer I am just using it so I can get a GCSE and plus I love drawing.

I don't care how much it costs or what moral ground somebody uses to justify it to themselves. I'd love a copy of CarSim but I accept I'm going to have to go without. More on topic, I thought you could get an academic licence for most of the software used in your education (once in further education anyway).
