I hate my default Vista style, so post your skins here
Default is soo boring, I would like more hi-tech ones, or whatever...

I wasn't aware that the Vista theme engine had been successfully cracked yet.

Oh, i was sort of thinking maybe you would kick it off with a few skins to offer people, not just a post asking others to put their skins up.....

One of the first things I did was install Windowblinds on Vista, I hate the default Vista Aero look.

Huge BUMP but I didn't want to start another useless thread...

I want to install new themes for Vista, I download them, then copy each files to the Windoze/Resources/Themes folder. Then when I want to select the downloaded themes, I always get the same result... SEE attachment. I simply CAN't understand what I'm doing wrong.
It's so simple, but still no success. I've tried WindowBlinds too, but that's a kinda fail... Themes are only available when this program is running... Nonsense. Any recommendations?

Vista is the worst thing ever created

could someone explain to me nicely where to get these skins and if they take alot of memory etc?

im kind of a noob here..

Well, you just need to find the proper programs for it. VistaGlazz helped.
It patches 3 dll's, and the problem is solved

if im right, those skins arn't working after some updates (SP1). or you have to crack 3 theme files i think.

That's what VistaGlazz does.

Use the win98 theme if its aviable, its just the best.
