my friend has been using 3dmax to render for quite a while and just recently his program won't open and he doesn't know what the cause of this because it doesnt show an error or anything... im not sure if this is the right place to put this but if anyone can help please do =]

Tell him to go ask on the Autodesk's official forum. More skillful folk over there to help him.

kk will do... but if you guys have any other ideas or a quick fix to this problem please let me know =] i'll check up on here and at autodesk as well =]
