Sorry mate,

actually we have tried ky last night... and it was horribly boring! Also BL1R was nothing good. These cars are only a bit faster than the uf1, but they offer so much grip, that you can do big wide courses halfway without lifting at all. we have tried racing the same setups for everyone, but still the field stretched after the first laps.
Our aim is to keep it close but relatively harmless, and that can't be done with the baby-Rs on long tracks.

just noticed it... if we have a 32racer grid, would that automaticly mean, that in the South City rounds the last two cannot take part? (grid limit 30 in South City)

Correct, we will have to have a mojor re-think

1) Limit the racing to 30 cars only

2) change tracks to ones which are 32 limit

3) Setup 2 divisions

4) Setup a prequalifying system so only 30 people can race in the evening.


All suggestions welcome at this stage as an ideas forum...

either 1 or 4 maybe 2 but not 1

1 is the solution with the minimum of work
2 would be too much fernbay and aston
3 there have to be many more racers (think of last season, about 12 racers per race per division... although totally 46 or so had joined) but would solve the problem of having too many cars in the first corner
4 would be best something like in Skijumping... top 15 of the championchip are fix, all the other racers who signed up would have to pass the qualification, where the top 17, (or top 15 in South City) would be qualified for the race... this would solve the problem of having more then 32 entries as well... (up to the moment there are 28 entries after 4 days)

and (for me) the winnnnnnneeeeeeer iiiiiisssssss:

it sould not be that the top 15 were fixed cos that will just incrase points gap and not promote a tight championship finish
